Yeah, it's that time again...how long are your economy subs taking?

I hate this....I generally start getting really antsy about 3 or 5 days before subs are finally graded. Not having any decent money, a friend of mine is paying to have 3 of my coins slabbed. Getting really close now.....

recently got 5-day "express" grades in five days. Pretty cool.

I got Economy grades 3/10/09 on a small batch that went live in the system on 2/6/09.

I boil economy slabs for 7 minutes and premium slabs for 5 minutes for al dente. Both should be rinsed in hot running water before serving. Make sure the sauce is very hot.

You're thinking of pasta....slabs have to be rinsed to get rid of the little bits of hologram.
