Copper guys: What do you think of this coin and photo?

A recent upgrade to my 1836 set. This is an N2 variety.

Without the huge scratch on the obverse it looks like it would be a great coin. With it I would not pay very much for the coin at all.

Great die break on the reverse.

The scratch is very shallow, and barely noticeable in hand.
My camera sure caught it though!

Obv scratch aside, I love the surfaces and color; just a hint of that 'greenie' color the old time copper guys used to like (and some of us newer time copper guys too!)

    Greg,

Nice coin! I still miss my old friend but i'm glad she found a nice home with you and it seems like your 1836 set is coming along very nicely!

Might need a bit more light for dark coins; but the photo is ok.
Coin is AU or possible MS that was dinged from rough handling.
Its an early strike with none of the die cracks seen in later strikes.
