Feeding frenzy

Scarce coin, yes; but I'm frankly surprised to see it going so high!

Yep, that's slightly insane. But it is 5 times rarer than the 1909-S VDB!

I've got a nice 1914 franc slabbed PCGS 64 for $50 if the underbidder is interested... I could make it $200 if that would make it any more appealing image

Edit - that is a nice looking coin though, and this is a tough date... but still...

Also - I thought it was a no-no to put catalog values in an ebay listing?

Yikes, 3-4x book seems a might high, it looks like it's the lowest of the 4 graded at NGC so 2 people really wanted it badly. Of course I paid 6 times book ($75) for a 1914 in NGC67 a couple of weeks ago so who am I to talk.

I think for TPG'd coins you can list price guide prices by the way.

Actually, that was pretty good! Krause is $15/UNC, $45/BU for the 1914.
