PCGS Genuine 91 Questionable Color "GENUINE NOT GRADEABLE" missing

Hi. I just received some toners back from PCGS that got the Genuine holder. The code says 91 so I know that's Questionable Color. But on the reverse of the slab it doesn't say "GENUINE NOT GRADEABLE" it is blank like normal. Did PCGS change this already or is this some sort of mechanical error? Thanks.

Probably a mechanical error. Or maybe it was a Friday afternoon and they just didn't feel like grading it.image

agreed, likely a mechanical error as the PCGS FAQ still mentions the label on the reverse: LINK

maybe they wised up. to state that any genuine coin is "not gradeable" is stupid

Perhaps the ink had questionable color and faded.
