I have seen this before. I'm not exactly sure what, but it's some sort of chemical alteration...they will at first look like a steel cent

If you could see it in your hand there is a tint of copper color very faint though as you bank the coin on both sides but it does look silver not zinc / steel. I'm puzzled, I don't know where it came from lol.

You don't think it wouldn't be a new error would it ?

Yes I am you can't inlarge it sorry, that's photobucket for ya, I set it up for large but they drop to medium lol try this.
