I've never seen the Mark Refining bar before so I can't speak to it. The 10oz poured Engelhard will usually realize a premium over the newer style struck Engelhard bars but it's not a huge premium. I've never seen that "clashing" (for lack of a better term) that shows on the back of the Engelhard bar...kind of neat.
Normally the 10 oz E doesn't have much of a premium. They sell for $160/170 but I've never seen one with those marks on the reverse. May spark someones interest into bidding higher.
I don't recall seeing the other bar sell before, I believe it would go around $20/oz + I would certainly list it on eBay @ .99 NR and see what happens.
Most silver bars sell for a premium over melt... that's especially true for Engelhards.
