Any help with this medal? United American Mechanics

Picked this up from ebay cheap. Really nice looking medal in great shape from 1893. I don't know anything about it. Can anybody help? I haven't measured it, but it is in the 36-38mm range and aluminum.

Today they run an annual Bowling Tournament and Golf Outing. The lodges sponsor dinners, fish fry's, barbecues and participation in parades and festivals. The medal is likely associated with an event the Henry Clay lodge ran in conjunction with the 25th anniversary of their lodge. The overall organization was founded in 1853 while the medal commemorates a 1968 event, which may be the founding of the Henry Clay lodge.
