where do ebay wholesalers get their Lincoln mint bags

Just curious where the the source to where they accumulate so many mint sewn bags?

Wholesale dealers?

Auctions?

Shows?

Advertisements in Coin World etc...

Doesn't seem likely most have been sitting on bags for 30 to 50 years...
