How long to wait until NPB is filed?

As Ebay is now paypal only how long should you have to wait until filing a NPB.

I had an auction end on Friday night but have yet to receive payment. This blows because more of my card are starting to show up, lowering the value.

I would love to offer a 2nd chance to the 2nd or 3rd hi bidder (The 3rd really wanted the card via Ebay Message)

Do I have to wait the 7 days?

I realize as an Ebay seller I have fewer rights than the average woman under Taliban rule but I don't want to lose out on value.

I now feel the same way; I only wish I would have adopted that
attitude MUCH earlier in my EBAY career.

BINs with Immediate Payment Required are really the only good
way to avoid NPBs in the current EBAY environment.

I myself have a NPB. My auction ended last Thursday and I have to wait until tomorrow to file him as a NPB. I've sent him at least 3 or 4 invoices and still no response. It stinks, but I guess it's the price we pay for using ebay. First time this has happen to me BTW on ebay in my 10 years. Good Luck with your transaction jlzinck

I normally wait 7 days before I email the buyer and ask what is up.

If after that I will wait 3 more days until I get ebay involved.

So to answer your question I wait 10 days.

In my email I generally ask the person if the auction fell through the cracks.

And I also say if they for some reason do not want the item LMK.

I'd rather not make enemies with my customers, I can do that here.

If payment has not been received by tomorrow I will file.

I ilook at this guys auctions and I see this little gem in his descriptions:

I'm not one of those weenies who cares about negative feedback.

And that is him in the link.

He will be the one who loses out in the end because he sells on Ebay as well.

I'll post hin name all over the internet at all the sites I am on. I'm sure some people will do the same thing to him just out of spite.
