Wedding Coin/Medal help

My best friend on earth is getting married on August 1st. I have until then to find the perfect weeding medal and or coin. I want something that when he looks at it sees what marriage is about and how beautiful it can be. I want it to be something that he and his bride cherish forever. He collects coins, mainly light side, so I'm giving him world coins here and there to get him interested... Any thoughts about this? Anyone run across anything like this??? Anyone have something like this for sale?!?!

I know that they made silver wedding medals along time ago, but they go for a pretty penny.

The Royal Australian Mint makes a Wedding Set each year with the Australian circulation coins struck to specimen grade (the best non proof coins you can get here). I should add that the grade of coins in mint and specimen sets you get here are a LOT better than the stuff you get from the US Mint in their mint and proof sets. But then again you pay for it too.

Yeah I'm seeing them for 100+ on the E of Bay... they are French though and he would kill me if I gave him something French....

Get him a wedding comemorative coin from Germany. I do not have the Krause # available. Let me look it up.

It is the 1903 5 Mark silver from Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach.
