I clicked on the link in the top posting.I had no problem with it coming up.

You could always try going through here as an alternative.

I got it to dload but there is a bug within the prog that is preventing it from installing on my computer... I'm going to contact the creator and advise him of the issue... He may know of a fix without me having to dig into the prog...
