I need some help grading this Bay Bridge...

This is in an ICG green slab. The luster is a bit muted (but visible) and the bear has a dull grey finish instead of flashy silver.
Maybe that's the finish on these?
There are minimal dinks and danks on the surface. And only one little tick that I can see on the bear...
The diagonal lines on the front leg thru the back lag are part of the toning streaks, not scratches.
The reverse is pretty clean with no dings in any of those small little waves.
What's your take on the grade and why? Thank You.

Sorry about the size...
Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.
Is it a matte grey or flashy silver?

63 or better, and that's as much help (not much!) as I can give.
if i was buying based on those pics i would not bid over AU58 money.
My answer is 64.5
<< <i>There appears to be quite a few marks on the body of the bear, or is that on the slab?

They are on the slab. I could not shoot around them or through them.
It's a tough one to capture given the dark color and scratchy slab.
I scrutinized it pretty good with a 10x loupe and could only find one little tick on the bear above the front leg.
I couldn't find anything at all on the reverse.
This one definitely needs a crossover.

Hmm. See here. We have the curse of a lesser-appreciated grading service. From the BST post, you would like $500, which is most likely in the MS-65+ range.
The trouble here is that people do buy the holder, and not the coin. If this were a PCGS MS-67, you could command well into the 4-figures just by name recognition alone. However, this is in an ICG Holder, and many people would have trouble buying it just because of the holder.
Would I pay the $500 asked if it were in a PCGS-65 holder? Yes, without hesitation. Even if it were in an NGC-65 holder. But it isn't. It could be a 64. It could be a 65. It could even grade higher. It could even grade lower. It could even grade "Genuine". Who knows?
Speaking of which, best wishes in selling the coin.
