Columbia centavo - repunched date

This 1960 centavo from Columbia has a repunched 6 in the date with quite a spread. I have never seen anything listing blundered dates for modern South American coins, but I believe that there are quite a few from some countries. Anyone know anything about them?

Wow...there's a bunch of these. It makes me wonder if perhaps the guy preparing the dies wasn't tipping the bottle a wee bit. image

The Columbiam piece is noted in Krause with not much of a premium. I bought a lot of twenty a few years ago and got 6 repunched dates.
