I’m desperate!!! Gotta finish the 1974 Baseball PSA set.

I’m desperate!!!

I really want to complete my 1974 Topps Baseball set in PSA 8 or HIGHER with no Qualifiers. My set is complete but I have lesser grade cards as fillers until I find some PSA 8’s or 9’s. I posted the list on the vintage trading board.

VINTAGE SPORTSCARD TRADING BOARD

I already sent emails to collectors and dealers that I have traded with in the past and have had some success. Thanks to Frank and Steve I’ve made a dent but I still have a way to go. PLEASE TAKE A LQQK and see if you can help me.

    I Publicly want to thank Frank B, Mike C, Steve O, Todd S, BB card exchange, and JR for helping me with my set. I also what to thank everyone who emailed me and said they will keep an eye out for cards on my list. This kind of Networking is exactly why I enjoy this "hobby" so much.

    The good news:

    In looking through my 1974 Topps Phillies Team set, I have a few cards that would be upgrades to your set:
    I have #632 George Culver in PSA 8
    I have #419 Wayne Twitchell in PSA 9
    I've got many #283 Mike Schmidt in PSA 9

    From your post, it seems like you are most interested in the #632 George Culver card.

    The bad news:
    I can't say as I particularly have any interest in getting rid of it -- it is one of the "years" of Phillies Team sets that I am trying to build in PSA condition. I could certainly ask for a trade, but any trade that I would ask for would be very unfair in my favor.

    E-mail me and perhaps we can talk more. I wanted you to know that I have these cards. I am not 100% averse to getting rid of the Culver (and perhaps the Twitchell), but I realistically could only think of doing it in some way that would be very unfair in my favor. Perhaps it is something to discuss when your other cards are all upgraded. At the very least, you now know where three potential upgrades are for your set.
