I don't know if the seller with a rating of "5" really has a 1/10 AGE and using someone else's pic or if he's just out and out trying to steal a few bucks. Check out these two auctions. Look like the same pics to me:

I agree with you. It is suspicious. I wouldn't buy from either of them. You might want to forward a note to the legit looking seller about the other one.

One more example of why I don't purchase from anyone on Ebay that I don't know or for whom I can't get a good reference.

I agree, Same pic. Probably just using pic. Not a big deal to me. I see no reason to worry about it. You're protected by Paypal/Credit Cards. If I wanted it I would not have a problem bidding on either.

I have looked back and look at the second one's auctions from as far back as November and he does have several positive feedbacks for auctions using that same pic. Obviously he just uses one generic pic for all of his bullion. I would still be suspect of the one who has five feedbacks and never sold before since he's using someone else's pic.
