So if a Jan. 15 submission with 100 cards just popped, then I should expect another 2 weeks for my submission received on 1/29 with 114 cards. Good to know...I don't think my heart can take the constant checking/disappointment.

It does not work that way. My submission from the 13th is still sitting in limbo. There is as much chance your submission will pop tomorrow as it will in 2 weeks. PSA needs to adopt a first in, first out approach to grading. It is getting ridiculous as of late.
I use the shared orders to judge when I should expect mine. The shared orders from Friday and yesterday were mostly January subs. Hopefully that means they have finished all the February subs and are working on finishing up January subs.

Hey, this is the January submission tracker. If you want to post your February sub waiting time, please start your on February submission tracker thread. While you're at it, go ahead and start the March sub tracker thread too.
lol, I only posted February's because you said that must mean they were all done with the February Specials, so they're now starting on the January subs... which made me spit milk out of my nose... and I wasn't even drinking milk at the time!
it seems like.. if your orders get pushed to the back.. they take looooong... if they work thru the ones in front quickly.. they will get to yours.. if not.. it just keeps getting pushed back... annoyed with my 3 subs that are hung up.. sent my first sub to beckett.. and it was received on the 23rd.. and not even logged yet.. so whatever I guess.
I would think it should be First in First out on these specials. And beyond that all subs from a prior month should finished before even touching the following months.
I think first in, first out is impossible. Im sure PSA has graders who are top notch in their specialty...with a special like this, even 70s experts vs modern experts. Some things just take more scrutiny and therefore more time.
<< <i>Some things just take more scrutiny and therefore more time. >>
I don't think my 1981 Topps cards and modern junk should require a month and a half of scrutiny especially when I am seeing simiar February specials pop every day.

No doubt. I think the oldest card in my 17 card sub is from 2004. Shouldn't take them to long to slap 17 PSA 10's on them.
My submissions from the 1/21 just popped. My 1/13 submission is still in limbo.
To say the least I was not a happy camper with the results. (4) Cards had minimum size requirements including a beautiful 70 Steve Carlton, and a 5th card which was autographed they would not slab and said I needed PSA/DNA. Only problem is it is a Topps certified card from 1998 which falls into their criteria. At least I will get Vouchers for the min size batch.
The rest of the grades were all over the place without a single PSA 10 to be had. I had more half grades in this submission than in any prior.
I may be taking a break from grading until PSA gains some consistency again.
<< <i>When you guys say 3 submissions are they 3 seperate 15 card subs for the January special or differnt types of subs? >>
Mine is 1 sub, 16 cards, December special. Out of 16 auto cards, more than half were factory certified. None were obscure people, all but one were from 1992 thru 1997. I saw subs popping in several days and decided to rejoin. Signed up for 2 years, sent in a 16 card sub. It's been there 60 calendar days.
I would still like someone to justify how CS can say that a January sub is going to take the full 45 days when February and March specials are/were popping in less than a week. How/why do you grade a 100 card February sub when you have a similar 50 card January sub still sitting there? At this point, the only explanation I will accept is that they ran out of PSA 10 flips for my cards.
Exactly. The 45 days wouldn't be so hard to swallow if you didn't see Feb special subs popping before the Jan subs. All are at the same service level. Why not just process them in the order received?

Yeah, I have a feeling I'm gonna want to give mine back to them. This suspense isn't worth the cheap sup prices! I was spoiled in my first few years of membership, when I was always one of those people who got their grades ridiculously fast. Now they decide to go all "45 business day" on me. This sucks! Oh well...
Since people are getting their MARCH special grades already, I was thinking about asking PSA to send my DECEMBER special back and I'll resubmit as MARCH.
My February sub popped, but not my January one. oops! lol
