Venting...just what we all wanted to read.

I bought a pretty cheap item for $10. It arrives nice and quick but not in the stated condition. The seller says that they offer full money back just contact them. Well I do. I nice note saying I would like to return the card and what address would they like it sent to. 24 hours go by and I wasn't worried but did send a second email (both throw Ebay's ask a question) just checking in to make sure that they received the 1st email.

Now 48 hours from the first email still no reply. Usually I still wouldn't worry as I know life is busy but...i notice that the seller had a bunch of time last night to list new auctions. So, they have time to list but not reply to either of my emails.

This kind of thing just really ticks me off. It takes a minute at the most to send an email.

Customer service is just going down the tubes.

Oh...and I will now be keeping the card and just leaving feedback reflecting my thoughts on the transaction.
