trouble with changing my profile

Has anyone been able to change their profile recently? Every time I try to change mine, I get an error message. Any help? I need to get that message deleted after my name, I'm can't update a registry set, I no longer have.

I was able to change my registry set and my forum profile. I lost my password to this forum for a few days. Apparently there are separate login names and passwords for the registry and this forum which confused me.
