German governments seizure of coin collections

PMers should be aware of this - it's a link to a post on the Darkside forum.
German coin dealers no longer allowed to sell ancient coins on Ebay

I'm still having a hard time believing it's as bad as all that - but if it is, it's a very worrisome situation.
If this is not being overblown - coin collecting in Germany is as good as dead.
