Receive hold???....PSA order---Final word!!!

Just wondering what "receive hold" means when checking a submission. I called last week on an order that wasn't showing up. They checked and said it arrived Feb 3rd but they were back logged. Now the order shows received Feb. 6th and is showing status as "receive hold"??? Guess it took them three days to log it but I don't know what this status means and they have not contacted me. Anyone know??

It happened to me on the January special. They emailed me what the problem was, and I called. They got everything straight.

I got that when my membership expired. I had to re-up to get the cards graded.

UPDATE.....Just called to find out what the deal was. I was told they were too swampped to tell me what the problem was with the order and I have to wait for an email and it might be a few more days. They said it could not be handled with my phone call??!! Really wish I could have handled it over the phone instead of waiting longer. I had some credit vouchers on this order and wonder if there was some problem with them? They were only a few months old so I know they weren't expired. Guess I wait!!!

Yeah, I guess they are. I have another two orders received the same day (Feb. 3rd) not even showing as received yet...But I cant complain too much. Sent one in earlier in the month and the graded popped in 3 or 4 days.

Final update..Got an email tonite. I had submitted a 1960-62 Chicago White Sox Luis Aparicio ticket stub in a regular card order and didn't even think about it. It has to be submitted separately on a ticket stub order.
