A man from my church who is a huge survivalist was telling me of a place in St Louis that sells silver smaller than just one ounce bars and rounds. Does anyone know what this place is or a place I can buy silver in exact fractions like 1/4 or 1/2 ounce without the huge markup? I already know of 90% old junk. Just curious if these exist at near melt.
