Paypal - Packaging Issue

I just got a card on ebay and it came to be packaged in a hard two piece case and a manila envelope. The top part of the case had a fracture mark and guess what, the card had a crease mark right where the fracture is.

Is this something that Paypal will find in my favor?

    I would suspect yes, Have you contacted the seller?

    Notify the seller.

    Request a refund.

    If the item was insured. cooperate with the seller in filing the forms.

    File a SNAD claim at PayPal.

    When you return the card to the seller, use Delivery Confirmation/Signature Confirmation
    as appropriate.

    PayPal will refund, if the seller does not.

    Thanks guys.

    I sent a pic to the seller and filed a Paypal claim. We'll see what happens.

    I can't believe that people still cheap out on packaging. A couple pieces of cardboard is cheap insurance.
