Bodes well for my submission I just sent in taking advantage of the 6 free vouchers PSA gives you for joining the Collectors Club. I should see poppage by August.

No way, those free CC joining vouchers pop in less than a week typically. (at least it seems like it)

Last week, I shipped mine USPS Priority on Wednesday from Ohio, it arrived and was logged on Friday! Good times! image

MATT ... some of the January submissions popped quite quickly, while others are taking a while. I have no idea how PSA works, as this month was the first time I submitted any cards to them. Sent in 2 subs (21 and 38 cards)that were logged in by PSA on 01/21 and two subs (6 cards each ... 6 were the freebies and the other 6 were mislabeled) that were logged in on 01/26.

This submission will be interesting. I have never submitted cards for grading, I typically purchase graded cards, and they are normally vintage at that. I sent some 89 UD and 87 Donruss that I had pulled from some BBCE wax I purchased a couple weeks ago. One of the cards is a 89 Bowman Griffey Jr. RC that was graded GMA 10? I cracked it and sent it in as well. Curiosity more than anything. I have no eye for grading, so I am hoping for 8's or better!

The free vouchers for joining are on a 7 day or less turnaround. When I turned mine in last week at their headquarters they wrote 7 day accross the top.

I don't know if it is true or not, but I remember someone else saying that.

I agree that they're backlogged because I keep seeing people with these "instant" turnarounds and I'm still waiting on mine that was logged 1/6. I'm not very patient though.
  • the way they have ben lately, they probably have been waterlogged
