OUT OF (7,124) TOTAL 1982 TOPPS TRADED CAL RIPKEN ROOKIES THERE IS ONLY (1) PSA DNA CERTIFIED AUTOGRAPH GRADED CARD. THERE ARE 82 PSA 10'S WHICH MAKES THIS CARD VERY RARE. LISTED ON EBAY.

Yes, he emailed me about this card last week, but unfortunately this card isn't at the top of my list right now. If I were to spend $1k on something, it would be a 1982 TT PSA 10, or a 1992 Donruss Elite PSA 10 along with a 1991 Topps Desert Shield PSA 10. That card would be about 10th on my list of wanted Ripken cards. It is NICE, don't get me wrong, but I have other things I would spend that kind of money on right now. I would have loved to see it listed for more than $1k!

Yup, without that, it's an 8 and worth alot more.

That card would have been better suited in a "authentic only" slab. Imo, it will sell for alot more.

I think most are just PSA/DNA certified with the blue flip and no grade. The seller likely knows this, but is skewing the numbers to promote the item.

Yeah, I was referring to a PSA slab, red flip just specified as authentic.

Who wants to look at the #6?

Cal does signings frequently, and many you can even mail in a card to be signed. Buy a PSA 8 Rookie for ~100, pay ~150 for an auto, $40 for slabbing and shipping and you have a much nice product for less than 1/3 the cost.

I agree LMM - Athentic grade would look much better - since it's a 6 I keep looking to see what's wrong with the card.
