Double date 1864 2c...is this important?

Below is a picture of an 1864 2c large motto.

The date is strongly doubled.

Is this any special variety?

"Gold is money, and nothing else" (JP Morgan, 1912)

"“Those who sacrifice liberty for security/safety deserve neither.“(Benjamin Franklin)

"I only golf on days that end in 'Y'" (DE59)

    I'm 99% certain it's not a special variety since 2c pieces (esp. 1864 & 1865's) are riddled with RPD's.

    Still cool though
