What am I missing here...

Why is this a PD ?

Does this honestly deserve a PD qualifier...

Is there any way they gave it a PD for the black mark below the letter "A" in Catcher and for the two white circles in the blue just below that? If so, that's a rip. I have seen MANY with worse "print defects" than that!

The little brown flec in the green banner? I dunno...unless the white flecs in the blue sky are worse than they appear. PD seems unwarranted.

It might also include the white "snow" in the blue sky and in the blue part of Blue Jays

I have an 84 Topps 9(PD) that looks great except for what appears to be a fine coating of snow. It looks up close to be where the ink started to run low. Real nice card though, like your.

    lol...
you can barely see anything in the word "JAYS" with the naked eye.
Im sure many can show psa 10's with more print defects than this..

Like how you showed this card in black... looks cool!

Crack it and resub. There are a ton of fisheyes on there, and Mr. 141 can be a bear. Maybe Mr. 155 or 151 will be back from vacation and you'll get your unqualified PSA 9.

It might be the white snow in the blue background? I have no clue what the problem is with it. I would resub

Return the card encased and email a copy of the PSA 10 to CS or Joe... it should be a straight 9.

Please just make sure to ask for Grader 666 he seems to be a good guy unless the print dots are red then he freaks out, On a real note I think the grade is correct because PSA does not make mistakes. On another note I can be bought for any opinion YOU want just Pay in advance. anyone want A REFERENCE!

I think PSA is being pretty tough these days. I recently sent in a 77 Grich that I hoped could garner a PSA 10 and it came back PSA 9 PD just like your card. There is not a PD on the card. No way. I am still waiting for it to come back or I would post a scan. It is the nicest 77 Grich I have ever personally seen.

Only thing that I could see it being is the left and right black boarders that frame the picture. They seem to be much lighter, even broken in places, than the top and the bottom boarders. That is unless it is just the scan. The same cards scanned below show darker L/R boarders. I know it is nit picking, but that is what PSA does now. They seem to be relying on repeat subs lately.
