However, I will say that it is an EF-45, depending upon how much luster there is in hand...

Why does everyone keep saying this? Just because it is slabbed by PCGS means absolutely nothing as far as either grade or toning type. The only thing I can say that they get right 99.9% of the time is whether or not it is a counterfeit.

Please everyone, stop relying on TPG's and learn something about the coins!!!!

It's a technical VF-35 that is likely in an EF-40 holder due to the color.
