Not the least bit surprised. They graded that first MS69 after around JUST 10 submissions. Now a pop 2 after 20 or 30 submissions. Remember, there are 2500 floating around and another 2500 behind that group untapped sitting with Ms Goodacre I suspect. I wasn't unjustifiably (imho) attacking Supercoin when I questioned the rarity of that coin last month. Expect to see many more MS69 coins. Maybe not in the next 6-12 months, but further out as folks realize there is money in crossing the ICG coins over the PCGS.
And, yes, they also graded a second state quarters in MS69, but as I mentioned that is out of roughly 25,000 state quarter slabs (not to mention tens of thousands of reject coins that never made it into holders), not 25 like the Goodacre. Wondercoin.
P.S. If you don't want to buy the $4,000 MS69 (or $10,000 MS69 as someone predicted ) feel free to email me for a great price on a PCGS-MS68 coin that looks great!!

Ok, So my prediction was off (alrightly: Waaaaaaaay off). I now admit to seeing the pops in line with Mitch's thinking. If two have been made out of 30 submissions (I would imagine these are ICG crossovers from 'NoGrade' holders to PCGS) then the thinking is right on that others (many others) will be made in 69 and certainly 68.
Since all of the Goodacre coins are already in holders, then one may assume they would all remain in top condition (relative to when they were holdered), I would expect many more, especially if the price holds up so more get submitted to PCGS to be graded.
State quarters on the other hand, who knows (or who cares in my case )

Not that it matters much- but I think only half, or 2,500 of the Goodacre coins are holdered. The other half are still rolled/boxed up and haven't entered the market.
Greg, That's what I thought too. And they were numbered 1 - 5,000. I looked on e-bay, and saw 1 numbered below 2500 for sale. I thought only 2500-5000 were out.
Ms. Goodacre could pick through the ICG Sacs which she still has and could send the best looking ones off to PCGS to be graded. These Sacs would lose their ICG registration # when being crossed to PCGS. This would be a good way for her to bring some more of her coins to the marketplace and be hush-hush about it.
