Let's see what happens. Just sent the seller an email telling him I was very interested in purchasing the card. I mentioned that I like to know the history behind the real nice cards before I buy them. I went on to ask him when he purchased the card, if he purchased raw and then had it graded or if he purchased it this way. Ya think I'll get an ansa?

    Done.

    Dear billwilson0872,

Hi Bill, I am interested in this card. I would like to know the history if possible. How did you aquire this card? Was it a personal submission or did you purchase it from a dealer? Also I am a bit leary with your lack of feed back but I am also attracted to the price. Its almost $400 less than the last one that sold. Any information would be great. Thanks.

    Nice e-mails guys.

I usually skip right over BINs in my searches
because they're generally overpriced, but seeing that card at that price, I almost pulled the trigger.

Glad I did a bit of quick research
even though I was afraid someone else would beat me to the card if I didn't act quickly enough ... image

Funny, when checking through the seller's feedbacks ... the NARUs plus a few future NARUs coincidentally have the same beginning membership date of Sept '08, which just happens to also be the seller's membership date (Sept 16th '08)!

Probably the same guy ... ya think?

As long as the CRIMINAL uses the "private listing" feature,
it is not possible to see the buyer without API access.

    ..........'

The only way to stop these CRIMINALS is to use a bunch
of disposable-IDs to kill the BINs.

Last night and this morning, the crew at T&S were/are too
stooopid to see what is going on.

Folks who kill such BINs need to wait a bit before
    leaving FB; at least 7-days.

When the NPB is filed, simply state:

"After the sale, I was informed that the seller is a crook,
and does not actually have the card he sold me."

FB can then safely be left, and it will not be removed.

    EDIT TO ADD:

Once a BIN-Killer gets the crook's addy, LE in the crook's town can be tipped.

Is this guy a crook or just bidding up his own auctions then reselling with a BIN?

That would be a pretty "complex" business plan.

I doubt the seller has the cards.

I believe your best buy ever was that McGwire card from that yo-yo. That auction was some serious entertainment. Thanks for the memories.
