Question for Experienced Mint purchasers RE: "In Process"

On one of the UHR threads it was noted that some of the orders that were placed earlier in time are still "On hold" per the website Tracking feature, while others placed at a later point in time have gone from "On hold" to "In process." Does anyone know exactly what "In process" is intended to reflect per the Mint's use of the term on its tracking site? (If it helps any, even those whose orders reflect "in process" have reportedly not had their credit cards charged yet.)
