I would think a serious seller would disclose the minimum and let any buyer who is approved bid if they feel they want it that bad. In live auctions when you are in person you see lots of sellers these days decide to drop the min. price if they feel the bidding is stopping.

Truth be told, I drive a $25K Acura and a $10K Toyota pickup. But $100K would buy a "pretty" nice car here in Southern California.
