    Steve, u r right! For a $78 refund after 3 yrs, everyone should should edit their "dark posts".

    It's about time something bad, turned good around here!

    So let me get this straight? The seller refunds the money in this one instance because he got caught and now he's a good guy? Why would Matt edit anything? The guy still did what he did and may still be doing it.

    Or, which is often the case, did I miss something where we now believe the seller unknowingly sold the card?

    While the seller first thought LMM might have gotten the card mixed-up
    with a card from a different source, maybe the seller realized that he
    himself had confused the source of the card. Once he remembered that
    he might have bought the card from a potentially unreliable source, he
    did the responsible thing.

    It's like I tell retail-workers, sometimes the only way you can prove you
    didn't steal money from the drawer is to replace the missing money.

    ........

    In consumer protection efforts, you have to clean-up one mess at a time
    and be grateful when things end well.
