Finally... MS Live rebate arrived today.. Do you think this DMPL Morgan was worth the risk?

This is currently in a holder that I think has been tampered with. Can you give me an opinion of grade? And what value would you place on this?

Nice dmpl. However, are those scratches on the obverse below the cheek bone and chin line?
Nice staple scratch on reverse as well (or is that a free roaming hair).
I'd say MS63DMPL with a value around a buck and a quarter.
I do like the looks if those scratches are not too distracting.

Not a scratch on the coin, but rather a very worn slab that this coin resides in.

The edge of the slab looks like it was cracked open along the seem. But where the plastic is sealed, it look intact. The seems is discolored slightly in areas. No visible damage to the plastic though. And I beleive that this is in a somewhat older NGC holder.
