How long does it take Heritage to ship?
I won a few lots in the FUN sale and paid my invoice the day it appeared. My card was charged on 1/14, and two weeks later I haven't seen any notices at the Post Office, and it doesn't look like they post any information on their site, either. Most places don't charge your card until they ship, so does that mean the package is taking a long time, or is Heritage slow in getting stuff out?
Just curious since I don't buy from them that often, and I'm antsy waiting to see these pieces again

Edit: Oh, and I think they must have polished the sticker, too.

Just a little longer than you are willing to wait.
Lance.
I haven't bought from Heritage in a while, but I do notice that they are taking longer to ship coins, especially from the Signature auctions.

They send out emails with the tracking numbers, and if you haven't gotten one yet, I would be getting on the horn and ranging them up pronto.
I called customer service last Friday and I received a complimentary apology, and an assurance that the lot would be shipped immediately. I returned home from a business trip today to find that it had not been shipped. Pissed off would be a dramatic understatement.
I called a few minutes ago to inquire about the delay, and received another complimentary apology and another assurance that it would ship immediately. There is NO EXCUSE for this lack of service.
I spent well over $110,000 at heritage in 2008. Perhaps this doesn't even qualify me for even the most basic and minimal of customer service. I just don't get it.

<< <i>I won a single lot in their Tuesday night internet auction on January 13th. I paid for this using a valid credit card exactly 16 minutes after I received the invoice that evening. I usually receive my items within 4 days of a credit card payment (I pay extra to have every package shipped via express mail).

I didn't spend as much as you have, but still considerable - and until recently I had stellar service. They might want to think about their service arrangements with the economy going into the crapper - we are their bread and butter.
<< <i>Well, I got to the Post Office today and was excited to see a big package waiting for me. Then I discovered it wasn't from Heritage, so no coins. I called and the guy on the phone couldn't figure out why it hasn't shipped in 15 days, either... >>
I think you should fly down there and see what the heck is going on.

Well, I am glad they did not charge you for the apologies!!
They should not charge you for shipping eithier, given the delays in getting it out.
