Help with Scammer Resealer !

Good morning,

The following E-bayer ( TJS6121) is just not passing the smell test for me, but he is getting good/great Feedback lately. Has he cleaned up his act? Doubtfull!

Come across some cache of legit stuff and is so busy selling that, he doesn't have time to Re-Seal right Now???

Are there really that many E-bay buyers out there buying this stuff totally unawares??? That many people getting ripped off and not even knowing it?

Am I just getting Parinoid in my old Age????

Need some of you Re-Sealer Detectives to follow the identity trail and see what you can come up on this guy, does he have other buying ID's?

I bought a 1977 Football wax box from him about 2 yrs ago. was pretty excited since i got it at a good price. Later I found out why. The box remains unopened, but fellow collectors on this forumn have discussed his cough cough "alleged" resealing ways and so I view the box as a very expensive lot of off grade commons. One day, I'll open it. I will say that the packs looked prety good and he does know what he is doing. If you see his completed auctions, you will see that everything consistantly sells for below mkt value. The list of people that are on to him seems to be growing. There are old topics about him on the board somewhere.

I agree. Over on the "unopened pack forum" on eBay, we had a very knowledgeable group of guys when it came to unopened. During at least the past 1.5 years, almost everyone agreed to stay away from this seller. Without these guys in the mix as purchasers, the packs are selling below FMV.

curious, ive been watching his sales on some 84 boxes last few days, he has a 77 box up right now, and a 76 wax pack. Was he a re-sealer in a previous life?

I checked his feedback as well and it seemed to pass with flying colors. No shilling, no alt ID that i can see. He re-uses photos of the boxes he sells (with 84 topps anyway).

Interesting you bring this up since ive been following his stuff. Sells alot of computer gidgets and wax!
