any help here?? puter illiterate.. i had been able to print paypal shipping labels on dell printer.. only a printer and wanted to do some scanning , so hooked up my hp all in one to scan.. when i went back to using paypal shipping labels on the dell, it would only print the sample label.. i disconnected the hp and un-installed the program for it and still the dell is printing the sample... had to get refunds from the post office for the labels.. any help?? free jim brown card for this help.. thanks ivan

All I can say is make sure you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer...if you are already, try clearing your cookies and history.

If nothing else seems to work, uninstall the dell drivers and reinstall. Sometimes it's that simple.

Worse case you can go back in and reprint the label after the sample prints.Stupid question that I am oonly asking because I have done it myself but are you hitting the print sample button instead of the print one?

I have an HP all-in-one that does that sometimes too. Go to File in the menu bar if you are using Windows XP. Go to Print Preview. When it opens click print.

justmichael, yes i am sure i am hitting correct "print labe" not sample and even had neice try it.. now i have cleared out all stuff on the programs and will try again.. just annoying to have to wait for refund from usps as well.. thanks and send me your addy in pm for a jim brown card.. thanks ivan

I'm glad it worked Ivan. PayPal postage is the best thing in the world for shipping...it's not fun to be without it.
