Unc with water damage gets what sort of grade

Hello,

At a recent auction I got a lot of coins. Included was a partial 1969 Mint Set. Since the plastic was so beat up I decided to pull the coins out. When I did I noticed water must have gotten inside the plastic and then dried. Not worth my time to dip etc but I am still curious

How does the water damage affect the grade of the coins?

no-grade
water damage is enviromental damage=ruined
dipping wont help either.
should spend okay though.

Just remember that the '69 half is 40% silver so keep that one aside and DONT spend it!!
