They said I used another Msnlive email acct while searching ebay.

They will fix in a few days and send it to the ebay qualifying paypal/ebay email address as before. They said they were sorry for the delay.

So I don't get it.

They are so full of *rap. What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? When they began this new and improved method of depositing the rebates the message said that the rebates will be automaticaly deposited into the account that the purchase was made from. That is simple and straight forward. account X paid for the item and you deposit the rebate into account X, ain't brain surgery. I'm afraid Microsoft doesn't want to pay these rebates. Unfortunately the majority of my rebates appear to be going down the Microsoft *hitter. Fortunately I did get $450 before they got cheap.
