I Wonder What Kind of COA Comes With This Card

Up for auction is a 1998 Donruss Mark McGwire Autographed Card. Seller states that the card comes with a certificate of authenticity. Hmmm? The starting price is $0.01 and the BIN price is $5.00. I'm going to go out on a limb and suspect that this autograph is of questionable authenticity. Beyond that however, I am curious as to what kind of COA the high bidder, if any, will be receiving.
