Played a poker tourney, I tried to win 50-yard line, 5th row from the field, ...Super Bowl tickets o

Yesterday (Sunday), at the Palm Beach Kennel Club (West Palm Beach, FL).
148 players entered a $100 Texas Holden NL Poker Tournament.
The first place winner would receive 2 50-yard line (field level, 5th row) super bowl tickets (...these wonderful tickets were sold to the 'Kennel Club' personally by Mr. Rooney's office, it was announced during the tourney!)
Tickets included first class hotel accommodations, plus some cash to spend (...and get drunk!

I was informed these tics could be worth between $5,000 to $ 7,000 each! Wow!

P.S. I'll be watching the super bowl "on the tube" like the rest of you. I lost!

Let's see - total pool of $14,800. I say the tickets are likely worth a max of $5,000 each, so that of course equals $10,000 which means the house cut was a staggering 32% - Ahhh...it must be good to be the house. LOL...and yes even if there were other prizes for other finishers, I'm sure the house cut was still very high.

Yea right...I believe 'em. LOL
Next time remember...don't go all-in pre-flop with 2/7os

Maybe that's what I've been doing wrong.
