psa question?

how bad does a card with paper loss effect the grade? opinions on what i should do with this card is appreciated.
right now i have it at a BVG 2.5. any chance of a better grade?

    From what I understand there is no chance at anything more than a 2 and most likely would be a 1.

    GAI may give it a 3
