BVG to PSA crossover question

I recently purchased a BVG 7.5 card and want to send it in to have PSA grade it. I don't want to risk it coming back any lower than a PSA 7 though.

My question is this: can I send the card still in its BVG holder with a note saying no crossover unless it is graded NM 7 minimum, or does PSA only do this sort of thing with cards that they already graded?

You sure can. Just write 7 in the minimum grade column.
