Odd Ebay Help

I have an auction that I haven't gotten payment for yet, it has been about 2 weeks, and I have sent 2 messages checking on the status of payment.....

Today when I looked at my ebay summary.....it doesn't show "shopping cart" like normal (see screen shot below)




I went through all of my payments, just to be sure it didn't come through from a different PP account from the buyer, but it has not.

Anyone else had this icon missing?

Mine is coming up fine. I have never had this happen before

I have about 50 others that show up just fine....it is just this one.

eBay Checkout often is out of sync with auctions ending and buyer payments.

eBay says it could be a glitch or has something to do with Auctiva.

We had a couple of these and called our PS rep; the next day everything was fine.

Try 1-866-515-3229 or 1-800-701-3229.

I had this happen last night everytime I sent an invoice but it reappeared evrytime someone paid.

I wasn't sure if you were a PS or not, so I included that # 1st.

My sister has used it successfully on occasion and she's not a PS.

The 2nd # should present no problems. Just use that ... same results!
