I call it "Mutilation"
Amazing how the obverse managed to escape whatevever ensued.
Posted it before, most felt it's post mint damage.
The crisscrossed lines are raised above the coins surface, wierd.
Paid $3 for it, one of the coins I would never part with.

that quarter looks like one of those coins that was reduced,like those shrunked dollar coins that were
shown here a few years ago.
reduced by some super strong electro-magnetic force.
who else remembers those..
