The Virginia Beach Coin Show sponsored by the Tidewater Coin Club will be held February 7 & 8, 2009 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center, 1000 19th St., Virginia Beach, VA 23451.

Sat 10 AM - 6 PM, Sun 10 AM - 4 PM.

FREE admission.

There will be educational displays that depict the history and culture of US, foreign and ancient lands. There will be over 65 dealer tables of US, foreign and ancient coins, paper money, confederate money, tokens, medals and other Numismatic material for sale. Free give away items and free raffles.

Free coins for kids.

Free activities and educational programs for kids. A great way to spend a cold day indoors with your kids and family learning about various cultures through the history of money.

I don't believe there are any show's in July. Our Club show in Virginia Beach is a spring and fall show. I will have to see when the small show at the VFW is . It's a once a quarter show and the next one is this weekend I believe. It's small and local show but there are deals to be had - found a nice toned 1949 PCGS Franklin in MS65 for a real good price
