question regarding uhr first release?

If I keep the coin in the original mailing box unopen can I wait 3 months after the first release period to get the first release holder? I am expecting to get the coin in the next few weeks but may want to wait before sending it in.

    Not from NGC-30 days. I don't know about PCGS but I suspect not.

    PCGS respects the mailing date in an unopened mailing box for FS.

    NGC does not for ER.
