good luck on your sales. psa-set-guy seems to be the dominate 81 guy at this point. no competion on the psa 9s and 10s that he has floating around.

i've been trying to pull a few 10s on this set as well the last few months but to no avail. congrats on what you were able to garner.

This was a dead product for me. Between grading fees and product cost. Even if i sell every card i still lose money

Since I am a glutton for punishment, what is the best source for gradeable cards from this set? BTW, I saw David's results from the cut case.

However, the last time I ordered any 1981 racks from BBCE they must have been from an old store closeout or something. They were awful. Any ideas?

I'll try some wax if no one responds. Thanks.

Hi Rog,

FWIW '81's have been selling at a fairly brisk pace in PSA 10 for the past couple of weeks, so you may want to hang the 10's with a BIN/BO of $100 and see what happens.
