A while ago, there were a huge number of these 1980s cellos, graded by GAI, that had the same star card on both front and back. In general, I remain skeptical, without speaking about these packs in particular.
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
Mikeschmidt has the right idea...many of these "double sided" star packs are homemade and not authentic...the odds of seeing a cello pack with any card on the front and back are virtually impossible and now you're going to tell me that there's suddenly multiple packs with the same key rookie cards on the front and back? Yeah, ok, sure...
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
Back in the 80's I was in the business and looked through cases upon cases of cellos and I never saw a pack that had the same card on the front and the back.
Is it possible? I don't think so. And this guy happens to have two?

If you are looking to open the and graded them I say no.
I personal wouldn't be welling to pay that amount for 80's cellos.
$100 each would be my max.
