Question on shipping to Puerto Rico

Does it require a customs form? I mailed some cards to PR this morning. I used the APC even though I figured it would tell me to take the mail to the counter. It didn't though, it printed out the postage and did not say anything about customs forms. Since the line was long, I just dropped in the box. I'm wondering if I'm going to get this returned to me or if it will be OK.
