Grade opinion please for the 1809 bust halve...Anacs grade revealed

Sorry for the lousy pictures but your opinion of grade would be appreciated.
I'm thinking XF45 with an outside chance of au50.
The 1809 is the type having the IIIII between words. I believe it's the O-107 type.
---Aug 27th, received back from Anacs as "EF45 Details O-107 III Edge Cleaned" (I'm still selling it for $350)

The more qualities observed in a coin, the more desirable that coin becomes!
My Jefferson Nickel Collection
1833 - VF35-XF40 cleaned
But, the really interesting (at least to me) coin is the 1833. This is one of the latest die state "Laced Lips" variety (O-106, rated as R-2) that I have ever seen a pic of. Based on the cheek and ear detail I would say that it is probably XF-45, but because of the worn out die state it would probably only slab in the 35 to 40 range.
